I believe that one of the most important traits in a photographer is to find the beauty in everything: light and dark, life and death, good and bad, the past and the present. Whether it is a beautiful sunset over a lake or a rusted vehicle in the woods, I see and photograph the beauty in it all.

As a photographer, I not only find joy in photographing places and things that are new, perfect, and beautiful; but I also find comfort and happiness in taking a photograph of something that is old, broken, or decaying and giving it new life through the camera lens and digital editing.

My love of travel and exploration has led me to some amazing photographic finds in many states. From abandoned buildings in the country to Lighthouses on the Outer Banks and everything in between, my images represent not only the beauty of the present, but also the beauty of the past.
